PREFIX APPLICATION

A Registered Prefix is a combination of letters, words, or names proceeding or following a registered name and is used exclusively by the owner of the prefix.

Prefixes must meet the following criteria:

• The prefix is not the complete name of a previously registered Moriesian or a previously recorded prefix.

• Each breeder must be a member of the MHR and can only register one prefix.

• Until registered the prefix is not exclusive to the user and may be used by anyone until reserved.

• Your prefix must be used exactly as recorded. Remember, a horse's registered name cannot exceed a maximum total of 25 spaces including your prefix.

Prefix Application Process:

1. Go through the checkout process.

2. Choose any additional services that you require in the checkout area. 

3. Pay Registry Fees.

4. Check Your Email: You will receive detailed instructions on how to complete the registration process after paying.
